The photographs show a beautiful piece of bathroom furniture that we have just added to our showroom displays. The furniture is solid oak from Stonearth and the surface is our custom piece of natural travertine stone. Stonearth themselves do not supply a surface with undermount basins in white ceramic and as we use undermount basins a lot in our projects we thought it sensible to show how good it looks and how practical it is. We specialise in natural stone (both surfaces and tiles) and can manufacture the surface in any stone (though travertine remains a strong favourite). The travertine shown here is cross cut and honed with a small upstand to the rear.
The taps are from the Perrin & Rowe contemporary range, they are made in the UK and are of beautiful quality. We use both the contemporary and traditional ranges of Perrin & Rowe a lot in our own projects as I am always amazed by the quality and the sheer beauty of their products.
We use Laufen or Duravit undermount basins usually but also sometimes Catalano – all are very good quality.
